Sasha Wins & Igor Shep
Biography
Sasha Wins & Igor Shep (S.W.I.S.) are Belarusian musicians and producers who are also known as a musical duo playing mainly techno, tech-house and minimal-techno. Sasha and Igor are famous for both live-shows as a duo as well as independent dj-sets and performances. The project S.W.I.S. began the creative activity in 2007. For over two years the musicians have been constantly developing their skills as producers and as solo dj-projects, proved themselves as bright and artistic persons, practicing live-contact with the public. By popular demand of fans, aspiration to write the greater amount of high-quality tracks increased, whereupon large European labels became interested in the project and began cooperating with Sasha and Igor. Such labels as Drizzly (Germany), Semantica (Ukraine) made offers to release their songs. In addition, a couple of months later Sasha and Igor released their first vinyl “War” on a label Kondens (Germany). But the vinyl – is not the only “data carrier” for the talents of S.W.I.S.. Digital releases are produced together with 12-inch (vinyl), securing support of such gurus of electronic music as Dubfire, Chloe, Andreas Henneberg, Nikitin & Semikashev, Laurent N. Garnier, Tomcraft, Kevin Bogaard, The Alpha Rhythm, Alessio Cappelli, Hakan Ludvigson, Dave Martin in world wide web released a new killer for all the clubbers of the world – “Failure to fully understand” with a remix of the Canadian Bender (Confused Records). The project also took part in big festivals such as Global Gathering Freedom Festival 2009, Kazantip 2009 (Z-17), Freedom Music, and Crossfield & played on the same stage with Stephan Bodzin, Namito, Dubfire, Axwell, Steve Angello, Menno De Jong, Sebastien Leger, Paul Thomas, Eston, D.Ramirez, Moonbeam, Tomcraft, Marco V. Just arrived on Signaletik Records, them maxi “Charoplet” will be accompanied with the remix of Maetrik, Marc Broom, Guillom and Benales and Zadig. Two newcomers very promising.
